Jingyuan Zheng, 17, began her piano studies at the age of four in China. From ages 7-10, she won first place four times in the Shanghai Youth Competition Shanxi division. In 2020, Jingyuan came to the United States to attend the Agnes Irwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA, and she is currently a piano student of Dr. Stella Xu. Most recently, Jingyuan won First places in both MTNA NJ Senior performance Competition and NJMTA YMC Competition for two consecutive years, second place in the XIV Chopin International Piano Competition in Hartford, CT, second place in Oberlin Piano Festival Competition, second place in Enkor International Piano Competition, first place in London Classical Music Competition, and first place in Vivo International Music Competition. Jingyuan also won 2024 MTNA National Competition Third Place.
