Dance & Dalcroze Camp
Ages 4 – 7

Half-day and full-day options available.
In this fun week-long camp, young dance fans explore pre-ballet fundamentals combined with Broadway, jazz and pop moves for an upbeat class with strong emphasis on rhythm, imagery and creativity. Dalcroze offers a hands-on, movement-based approach to the elements of music through rhythm games, creative movement, stories, ear training and improvisation. Finally, sing your heart out in a group singing class of favorite melodies!
Summer Arts Camp
Ages 5 – 11
Session: August 5 – 9
Tuition: $600
Explore your creativity through acting, singing, dancing, role-playing games and visual arts organized around a fantastical theme that sparks imagination and inspiration. With a thrilling, magical adventure story inspired by Harry Potter, campers will learn new skills and create memories that last a lifetime as they cast spells, fight magical creatures and play the American version of the game Quidditch! The camp culminates in an informal performance where students share the songs, scenes, dances and art they have created.
Summer Strings
Ages 11 – 18
Session: August 5 – 9

For intermediate and advanced level students.
Summer Strings is a week-long musical camp for young violinists, violists and cellists. Skilled string players receive individual lessons, participate in ensembles, attend musicianship classes, engage in improvisation and movement workshops, learn from enriching lectures and presentations by faculty and guest artists, and make lasting friendships during fun summer activities throughout the day.
Summer Piano
Ages 11 – 18

For all levels – students will be grouped according to their level.
Develop your piano-playing skills with New York City’s top instructors! Pianists receive individual lessons, participate in ensembles, attend musicianship classes, engage in improvisation and movement workshops, learn from enriching lectures and presentations by faculty and guest artists, and connect with fellow students in fun summer activities throughout the day.
Great American Songbook Weekend

Sing your heart out in this musical weekend for adults who love the Great American Songbook focusing on the Gershwin brothers, Rodgers & Hart, Rodgers & Hammerstein and Cole Porter! Participants will gather for group sing-alongs, vocal technique lessons, fascinating lecture demonstrations, cabaret-style solo performances and so much more!
Dalcroze Teacher Training
Age – Adult
Session: August 2 – 4

This weekend retreat offers adults the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Dalcroze method – a process for awakening, developing and refining innate musicality through rhythmic movement as well as physical, vocal and instrumental improvisation. Musicians and music teachers with previous Dalcroze experience hone their skills in eurhythmics, solfège, improvisation and pedagogy. The retreat is a great opportunity to prepare for examinations which can lead to Dalcroze credentials at the Certificate and License levels. Gain valuable experience and feedback in a relaxed environment as you practice with your peers.
Family On Stage Weekend

Calling all families who love to sing, act and dance together – here’s your chance to rehearse and perform together in a short musical show! Families of any size are invited to sing, dance, act, laugh and, most importantly, have fun creating a themed show throughout the weekend that culminates in an informal performance. Chamber Music Camp

Share your love of music with others through our week-long chamber music retreat! Our experienced coaches share the guidance you need for intensive study of chamber repertoire. Ensembles are comprised of various combinations of instruments, including piano, woodwinds and strings. The week includes ensemble rehearsals, expert coachings, workshops, a performance opportunity and presentations by faculty and guest artists.
Piano Camp

Dive into piano repertoire in this enriching week-long retreat! Join a community of pianists for individual lessons, dedicated practice time and four-hands ensemble rehearsals. Attend lectures, workshops and masterclasses by faculty and guest artists. Designed for pianists of early intermediate through advanced levels, this immersive program creates a friendly and motivating environment to explore all things piano and improve your solo and ensemble skills.
Jazz Camp

Led by celebrated jazz guitarist Roni Ben-Hur, our week-long jazz retreat is a comprehensive program designed for adult singers and instrumentalists to introduce and refine knowledge of jazz fundamentals. With a focus on harmony, melodic development, rhythm and repertoire, this program will give you a great deal of tools, techniques and musical ideas to build upon. Expand your repertoire, play arrangements as part of a group, and receive expert coachings. Use scales, advanced chord voicing and harmonic progressions to construct solos and participate in workshops. The week includes fun daily jam sessions and a final performance.
